Bulk WhatsApp sender vs compliant broadcast workflow
A business broadcast can involve many recipients, but a list of phone numbers is not proof that recipients agreed to receive WhatsApp marketing. Compliant campaigns should keep evidence of consent, the purpose of the communication, opt-out events and customer-specific details. Purchased or scraped phone lists can create policy, privacy and account-quality risks.
Campaign preparation and audience snapshots
A safe workflow filters contact records by relevant consent, snapshots eligible recipients, records the connected WABA and template identity, and makes a deliberate schedule or send decision. TryDataverse private staging supports tenant-scoped contacts, opt-in fields, audience eligibility, a guarded queue and reserved credit accounting; it cannot promise bulk sends for public customers yet.
Scheduled campaigns, delivery receipts and safe retry behavior
Queued, attempted, provider-accepted, delivered, read, failed and unknown are different states. A provider time-out is not proof of failure, so blindly repeating an uncertain WhatsApp POST can duplicate a customer's message. Private workers hold uncertain attempts for investigation rather than auto-retrying; message status updates rely on authenticated provider webhook receipts.
Automatic opt-out and respectful customer communication
An opt-out should prevent subsequent outbound promotional attempts. Inbound STOP-like requests need to be associated with the correct business tenant and contact, not processed globally. Sending-window policy and template approval remain mandatory even if the customer previously bought a product.
Campaign monitoring, usage and spend boundaries
Customers need to see audience size, estimated spend, confirmed transactions, credit holds, actual provider statuses and reasons a send is blocked. The private platform includes guarded credit reservation and reporting paths but real merchant settlement and accurate live Meta category/country pricing are not activated.
Marketing Messages API readiness
Not all WhatsApp marketing delivery uses the same provider API indefinitely. Marketing-specific integration paths and policy changes need ongoing maintenance, including Meta's Marketing Messages API transition. TryDataverse does not currently claim that this separate production route is activated.
