Prepare approved WhatsApp templates for enquiries, qualified leads, product updates and return-customer follow-ups. Contacts must have documented opt-in; scraping a phone number is not permission to send.
Organize utility use cases such as order confirmations, delivery notifications, billing-related updates and appointment reminders. Meta category classification and template rules still apply.
Keep two-way business conversations associated with customers, route operational follow-ups and observe the WhatsApp customer-service window. Agent access is limited to the workspace and approved scopes.
Connect business systems through authenticated REST endpoints, tenant-level audit records and explicit Mia/Leo permissions. No automation may silently bypass recipient consent or customer spending limits.

WABA stands for WhatsApp Business Account. It is the business-owned account associated with its WhatsApp Business Platform phone numbers and message templates. A verified connection and phone registration are necessary steps; seeing a WABA identifier alone does not prove a sender is ready.
No. The WhatsApp Business App is a mobile business application. The WhatsApp Business Platform, often called WhatsApp Business API or Cloud API, supports authorized server-side messaging integrations subject to Meta onboarding, policies, permissions and charges.
Not publicly yet. TryDataverse Messaging has a privately tested WABA, template, API and campaign backend, but Meta approval, real business phone onboarding, public callbacks, verified delivery and payment settlement remain unfinished. There is no public messaging checkout.
The architecture supports consent-aware audience snapshots, opt-out protection, template checks, guarded schedules and delivery-state reporting. Actual marketing template sends require the appropriate authorized Meta route, sender and permission, and are disabled until production validation.
Template categories and languages belong to the connected WABA. Meta decides the actual approval, rejection, pause or disable status. TryDataverse tracks provider status and does not treat an unverified local draft as approved.
The private integration supports owner-approved standing authorization, scoped short-lived tokens, campaign drafts, daily action limits and immediate revocation. The public Buzz chatbox callback and production API are not connected yet.
Its private backend handles inbound message organization, customer context and opt-out events. Production response windows, verified webhook receipts and account-specific operating status must be confirmed before using a business number.
Meta rates can vary by category, destination market and policy. Your commercial plan may also include software or infrastructure charges. No India message rate, free/unlimited-send promise or credit price is offered until verified costs and payment processing are live.
A versioned API and developer key infrastructure are available in private staging with tenant isolation, access scopes and usage endpoints. A public production API hostname and application credentials are not yet available.
